"Amanda was superb in helping me with selling my condo. As my property had been leased prior to putting it on the market, and was living out of area, I needed extra assistance with repairs and preparation work. Amanda dived in without hesitation, and got my property ready for the market in a timely manner. Her expertise and guidance resulted in my getting an offer far above my expected sale price, and with no contingencies. I would hire her again in an instant." - Geo

"Let me start by cutting to chase -- the result. Our house went from looking good to amazing. It trended higher on Redfin, Zip etc than all the comps! We ended up getting 10 offers and selling for 29% above asking in 12 days with no contingencies despite still having flaws and needing some repairs!!!

Buying or selling your home is a huge deal with high stakes so it was critical for us to make a smart choice on who would help us sell especially given our families tricky circumstances. As I'm familiar with sales and marketing I would have probably done For Sale By Owner if our sale wasn't so logistically complicated and time sensitive. Because I like to do things for myself and I like saving money. But given our situation it just didn't make sense, we needed to sell fast, we wanted to fix the house up first and were relocating to another state.

I could not be happier with Amanda as our agent. She was simply awesome and a joy to work with. She was not pushy to win our business, but she was keen and did follow up as she should. She has great communication skills, was always available when I needed her (which was a ton!). She's very friendly and personable, has excellent strategies, knowledge of the area and markets. She also has a sharp eye for detail and design. She helped me make many winning design choices which really made our house stand out and shine. She also helped me secure a good loan to pay to fix the place up with speed and ease.

Amanda worked extremely hard and went above and beyond to get us the best possible result and did an amazing job. She's a very honest and super nice person that I trust 100%. We will forever be grateful for her help in our difficult complicated move."

Amanda made me feel like a top priority and for that reason I give her the highest marks and recommendation.

Working with Amanda was first and foremost, an educational experience. As a first-time home buyer, I especially appreciated her patience with me in this process. During our initial conversations she seemed to focus on getting to know me. She seemed curious about my tastes, my needs as a homeowner and my economic reality. Once that was in place, our relationship was very fluid. With the information she gained from our early conversations she was proactive in arranging the viewing of various properties that she had selected, as well as ones that I had found on my own. In viewing these potential homes, her experience and eye for detail allowed her to point out a myriad things that I missed, but were critical in terms of the conditions of the property and the price.

She was very generous with her time, yet was efficient and concise with her observations and advise, so as not to waste time. It helped that she was usually ready with an answer for my many questions no matter the time of the day (often evenings). I always felt taken care of and in the know of each step. During the review of legal documents, she was thorough in her explanations making sure that I understood the minutiae of each page. She also made herself available for me to ask further questions, even though I may have thought I had initially understood, yet later realized that I remained confused.

When it came to submitting the offer, she offered valuable advice on how much to bid so that it might be a strong offer, but not an overbid. Her advice was always given in such a manner that I would not feel pressured and thus make my decision from a calm and rational place.

All of this to say that I believe Amanda will be a valuable asset in your search for a home."

"I worked with Amanda Brunato at Compass Realty in July 2019. I was facing a foreclosure sale of my duplex in rural Marin County and I had already known Amanda and her lovely family personally for several years.

I had only one month to find a buyer to avoid the foreclosure sale. It was a LOT TO ASK and she agreed to help me. Amanda (from Oakland) partnered with another Compass realtor based in Marin and they found not one but Two buyers!

We were able to complete the sale two days before the scheduled public auction. They were Life-Savers!!

This was not an easy sale and Amanda was calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. I felt she was accessible when I needed help and support and explanations with all the decisions and paperwork.

When I lost patience and had a melt-down, she reminded me we were doing all the right things and kept my spirits up.

Supportive, genuine and Pleasant to work with
Very knowledgeable

I highly recommend Amanda for your Real Estate Needs, even if your property is located outside the East Bay."
